George Observatory, located in Brazos Bend State Park, is a satellite facility of the Houston Museum of Natural Science. The observatory's meteorite exhibit showcases fragments of several famous meteorites. Three domed telescopes are also located on-site, giving visitors the chance to observe a variety of phenomena ranging from Saturn's rings to Jupiter's cloud belts.
